we are a mixed billing practice: This means you may incur an out-of pocket fee. we bulk bill eligible patients only during weekday appointments.

CORONA VIRUS ALERT: If you any flu-like symptoms please inform reception on 03 9773 1001.
TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS: To help contain the spread of Corona Virus and to protect other patients and staff, we will continue to offer telehealth consultations which are conducted over the phone or by video link. However, to be eligible for this service, you need to have had a face to face appointment within the last 12 months with one of our GP's.

SAFETY MEASURES (Update on the wearing of masks): Masks are no longer mandatory when attending the clinic. However, if you have any respiratory symptoms, such as a sore throat, runny nose, you will need a negative RAT test for COVID-19 and must wear a mask for the protection of our more vulnerable patients. We keep improving
A patient survey conducted for our Practice Accreditation found the satisfaction rate on services we provide was 98%. Although this was was an excellent result, we recognise there are areas that need improvement and we are strivng to address these. We welcome any feedback which could help improve the health care experience.
